Terms of Service for Kansas Pest Solutions in Wichita, KS

Last Updated: 10/26/2026

What General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to General Pest Control work Kansas Pest Solutions agrees to perform at the service address. The written estimate or service record describes the pests, treatment areas, and methods included.

Work may include inspection and treatment for common household pests, subject to the agreed scope and product labels. Termite work, bed bug programs, wildlife removal, structural repairs, extensive sanitation, and other specialized services require a separate agreement unless listed in writing.

Pesticides are used according to their labels, as required by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Kansas Pesticide Law, K.S.A.

2-2438a et seq., and applicable Kansas pesticide business license and commercial applicator certification requirements govern regulated work, including restricted-use pesticides. We follow EPA label directions and container-disposal requirements.

When applicable, workplace chemical communication and respiratory protection requirements include OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910.1200 and 1910.134. Follow all service instructions and contact us if you have questions about preparation or re-entry.

Booking, Changing, or Canceling a Visit

Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method offered by Kansas Pest Solutions. We confirm the service date and any preparation instructions before the visit.

Please provide accurate access details and tell us about relevant household conditions, including pets, occupants who may need special accommodations, and areas that cannot be reached. You are responsible for making the agreed treatment areas accessible.

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, contact us as soon as possible and follow any notice period stated in your estimate or service agreement. Any cancellation fee or other scheduling charge must be disclosed in that agreement.

Weather, safety concerns, access problems, or operational needs may require us to reschedule; we will contact you to arrange another time. If inspection shows that the requested work differs from the approved scope, we will explain the change and obtain your approval before performing added work. A change is not approved merely because a technician identifies it.

Estimates, Approved Work, and Payment

Kansas Pest Solutions provides an estimate based on the information available and the service conditions we can assess. The estimate or service agreement identifies the work and charges that apply; it is not a promise to treat pests or areas that are not listed. Ask questions before approving if you need clarification about the proposed work, preparation, or payment timing.

Your approval may be given in writing or through another method stated in the estimate. Payment is due according to the terms shown there, such as upon completion or on a stated invoice date.

No particular price, payment plan, or financing offer applies unless it is expressly included in your written agreement. If inspection reveals that additional work is needed, we will explain the proposed change and its cost and obtain your approval before proceeding.

You may decline added work, though that may limit what the original service can address. Please contact us promptly if you believe an invoice does not match the approved scope.

What to Expect About Service Guarantees

Kansas Pest Solutions does not promise that every pest will be eliminated or that pests will never return. Results depend on the pest, site conditions, treatment access, sanitation, building features, and other factors outside our control.

Any re-service commitment or workmanship warranty applies only if it is specifically stated in your written estimate or service agreement. That document will describe covered work, duration, and any conditions for requesting follow-up service; no standard warranty period is created by these terms.

Coverage may not apply where the agreement says it does not, including when required preparation is not completed, treatment areas are inaccessible, occupants disregard written instructions, or new pest activity arises from conditions beyond the agreed work. Contact us promptly if you believe covered work was not performed as described.

We will review the written agreement and the reported conditions. Nothing in this section changes any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Responsibility for Service and Existing Conditions

To the extent allowed by law, Kansas Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. This limit does not apply where the law does not permit it, or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, structural defects, or losses caused by pests or circumstances outside the agreed work. We do not promise that treatment will prevent future pest activity.

We apply pesticides in accordance with product labels and applicable requirements, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and Kansas Pesticide Law, K.S.A. 2-2438a et seq.

Kansas licensing and applicator certification rules apply where required. EPA label directions govern use and container disposal.

OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, and respiratory protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134, apply to workplace duties where applicable; they do not replace product-label precautions for customers. These terms do not waive rights that applicable law protects.

Questions About These Service Terms

For questions about these terms or an approved service, contact Kansas Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@kansaspestsolutions.top. Mail may be sent to Epic Center, 301 N Main St, Wichita, KS.

Please include your service address and, if available, the date of the estimate or visit so we can identify the relevant record. Do not email sensitive payment information.

These terms apply alongside the estimate or service agreement for your specific work. If a written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific written agreement controls for that service to the extent of the conflict.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version or providing notice through another reasonable channel. The updated version will show its effective date and generally applies to services approved after that date, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes do not retroactively alter a completed service agreement. Contact us if you need a copy of the terms that applied when you approved your work.
